Mastercare Maintenance

As well as supplying and representing specific World brand leaders in moveable walls such as Dorma Huppe and Skyfold. We offer a MASTERCARE MAINTENANCE/ OPERATIONAL INSPECTION AUDITS to all brands of movable walls. This satisfies most Companies/ Organisations legal obligation of ensuring fit for purpose functionality. Regular controlled maintenance will help ensure your legal requirement to the Health and Safety at Work of all employees operating such movable walls.

Such audits would usually cover the following items

• Move all panels into position, check operation and visually check for any damage to parts or finishes and note these on a service report sheet
• Check track fixings and any suspension fixings and adjust where necessary
• Lubricate top track and remove old excess grease where necessary
• Check top and bottom seals make minor adjustments and if necessary replace any worn rubbers
• Check telescopic panel and adjust where necessary
• Check profile and post fixings
• Check operation of any pass doors, adjust locks, alignment and seals where necessary
• Carry out any minor repairs whilst on site
• Make recommendations for any major repairs ( to be separately costed)
